What is the Foot Care Clinic?
In partnership with the First Step 4 Life Community Recovery Center, University of Washington medical students are able to provide podiatric exams and care to those who are homeless in both Lewiston and Clarkston. Patients are provided information on local resources, possible referrals and education on proper foot care. Through volunteering, medical students have the opportunity to learn and gain invaluable experience under the supervision of local podiatrists and University of Washington School of Medicine faculty.
