What are Idaho WWAMI Blood Drives?
Our community blood drives provide opportunities to increase awareness of medical needs both in our community and beyond. Events are coordinated by WWAMI medical students who strive to make donating simple, accessible, and comfortable.
By cooperating with American Red Cross, our blood drives provide easy access to mobile donation centers and streamlined appointment scheduling. Our WWAMI medical students are on hand throughout events to help donors sign-in for their appointment and navigate the facility, to answer questions about donating, and to provide donors with quick and easy access to water and food following their donation.
Blood drives will be announced to current students upon scheduling and sign ups will be made available.
